Promoter: Kaki Culture Community Club inc ACN/ABN 40 914 931 946 of Unit 6, 18-20 Edward St, Oakleigh VIC 3166 ("Promoter")
Dealer: GWM Melbourne City
Promotion: SG x MY Fest Car Giveaway ("Promotion")
Promotional period: From 1 July 2026 at 12:00am until 26 September 2026 at 3:30pm AEST.
Draw date: 26 September 2026 at 3:30pm AEST.
Draw location: Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre Albert Park.
Prize: One GWM Ora 5 MY26 motor vehicle with an advertised retail value of approximately $34,000 ("Prize").
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who meet the entry requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Employees and contractors of the Promoter, the vehicle dealer/supplier providing the Prize, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
1.3 The Promoter may require an entrant to provide reasonable evidence of their eligibility and identity before awarding the Prize.
2. How to enter
2.1 To enter the Promotion, an eligible entrant must:
(a) purchase or otherwise obtain a valid admission ticket to SG x MY Fest during the Promotional Period; and
(b) complete the entry process specified by the Promoter, and obtain evidence of that process.
2.2 Where the Promoter provides additional legitimate promotional entry opportunities, those opportunities and any applicable conditions will be clearly communicated to entrants.
2.3 Each eligible entry will receive one entry into the Prize draw unless otherwise expressly stated by the Promoter.
2.4 Entries must be received before the closing time specified above. Entries received after the closing time are invalid.
2.5 No separate fee is payable to enter the Promotion. The purchase of an event ticket is for admission to SG x MY Fest and is not a separate payment for entry into the lottery.
2.6 The Promoter may reject an entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Number of entries
3.1 An entrant may only enter the Promotion in accordance with the entry limits specified by the Promoter.
3.2 Where an entrant is entitled to multiple entries, each valid entry will have an equal and random chance of being selected.
3.3 The Promoter will maintain appropriate records of entries received.
4. The Prize
4.1 The Prize is:

Approximate retail value: $34,000 including GST.
4.2 The Prize includes vehicle, standard registration, compulsory third-party insurance and stamp duty.
4.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Prize does not include:
(a) comprehensive motor vehicle insurance;
(b) fuel;
(c) personal accessories or modifications;
(d) ongoing registration renewal costs;
(e) ongoing insurance costs;
(f) servicing and maintenance after delivery; or
(g) any other costs not expressly stated as being included.
4.4 The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
4.5 The Promoter may substitute the Prize only where permitted by applicable law and these Terms and Conditions. Any substitute prize will be of equal or greater value where required.
4.6 The Promoter will not substitute the Prize merely because the Promotion has received fewer entries than anticipated or because the Promotion is commercially unsuccessful.
5. Drawing of the winner
5.1 The Prize winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
5.2 The draw will be conducted at random using a method designed to provide each valid entry with an equal chance of being selected.
5.3 The entrant must be present at the draw to win the Prize.
5.4 The Promoter will draw one initial winning entry and may draw additional reserve entries to be used if the original winner cannot reasonably be identified or contacted within the duration of time determined by the Promoter or its nominated representatives e.g. event hosts.
5.5 The winner must provide the matching ticket stub of the announced winning number.
5.6 The winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity and eligibility before the Prize is awarded.
5.7 The Promoter will not award the Prize to an entrant who is found to be ineligible or whose entry is invalid.
6. Prize delivery and transfer
6.1 The Prize will be transferred to the winner within 28 days after the draw, subject to the winner satisfying all reasonable requirements for delivery and transfer.
6.2 The Dealer will advise the winner of the arrangements for collection or delivery of the vehicle.
6.3 The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable requirements for registering, insuring and operating the vehicle following transfer.
6.4 The Dealer will provide the winner with the documentation reasonably required to facilitate transfer of the Prize.
7. Vehicle condition and warranty
7.1 If the Prize is a new vehicle, the vehicle will be supplied in accordance with the manufacturer's applicable warranty and applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.
7.2 If the Prize is a used or demonstrator vehicle, the Dealer will disclose its relevant condition, kilometres, registration status and applicable warranty or consumer guarantee rights before the Prize is accepted.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Personal information
8.1 Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
8.2 Personal information will be used for administering the Promotion, contacting entrants where necessary and fulfilling the Prize.
8.3 If the Dealer intends to use entrant information for direct marketing or another purpose beyond administering the Promotion, this will be disclosed to entrants at the time of entry and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8.4 The Promoter and Dealer will not use entrant information for purposes other than those disclosed in these Terms and Conditions and the applicable entry process.
9. Fraud and misuse
9.1 The Promoter may invalidate an entry if it reasonably believes the entrant has:
(a) submitted false or misleading information;
(b) attempted to enter using fraudulent means;
(c) manipulated or interfered with the entry system;
(d) used multiple identities or otherwise attempted to obtain an unfair advantage; or
(e) breached these Terms and Conditions.
10. Changes to the Promotion
10.1 The Promoter may make changes to the administration of the Promotion where reasonably necessary, provided that the change does not unlawfully prejudice entrants or reduce the value of the Prize.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the Prize because insufficient entries have been received or the Promotion is commercially unsuccessful.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
11.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay or technical failure caused by circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
12. Compliance with Victorian law
12.1 This Promotion is intended to operate as a trade promotion lottery in Victoria.
12.2 The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable Victorian legislation, including the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and Gambling Regulations 2026.
12.3 The Promotion is not a raffle conducted for fundraising purposes.
12.4 Entry into the Promotion is free of any separate entry charge.
13. Acceptance of Terms
13.1 By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
13.2 These Terms and Conditions should be read together with any additional entry instructions published by the Promoter.
